So I have a question after eating right for a while and being healthier and you start to crave something from a fast food place that you know isn't that good for you or better yet something somewhat healthy like the new Wendys strawberry chicken salad and a chili, do you after you eat it feel like you just ate so much that you are overstuffed???
Yesterday I was at my game and wanted to eat healthy so I had the Wendys stated above it was like I had eating a big cheeseburger!! I felt stuffed.
Lesson learned from this was if I have time make my meal at home and take it with me, second have the salad and if still hungry then get the chili otherwise leave it alone and third wait after finishing the salad at least 20 minutes before you think of the chili!!
