Why I Run

This is a list of things that happen when I am jogging on a regular basis:

1. I don't feel as tired
2. I have more energy
3. My face is clearer
4. My attitude is more upbeat
5. I get up earlier
6. I eat healthier
7. I get in my meditation
8. I don't get sick as easy
9. I breathe easier
10. My body looks and feels awesome! I love my runner's shape now!!

    I know this blog is like two months old by the time I'm commenting, but I just came across it and had to chime in - couldn't agree more with every single thing on that list!! :) I am naturally lazy so in that sense, I don't like running...but I also LOVE running because it feels so good once I get into the groove of it, and it feels so good afterwards, and it does such good things for me! Great blog. :)
