Since I'm having temporary foot problems suggestions were made to try the chair exercises. Wow, i didn't expect them to be difficult. The first I did was an 11 minute cardio because the Biggest Loser contest's task for today was to do a cardio video. I was only able to do eight minutes, and modified at that. The second was a seated core exercise video. I am really feeling that one. My abs and back aren't in pain, but they definitely feel like they have been worked. I'm going to do that one daily for a while. I don't think I will do the other one for a while. Two are a little too much on a single day. Making progress!
