You would think that after all the pull ups, chin ups, push ups, rowing, bicep curling, battle roping, and tire flipping I would have some killer guns. I don't:)
I see women all the time in the gym with huge dents in their arms. They are cut! They keep telling me low reps high weights. My arms just get sore. My workout partner has some really nice arms. I do not:) Although at my sister's wedding apparently my brother-in-law told my hubby I would kill him in an arm wrestling contest.
In any event my upper body is smoked once again.
