I've been having a hard time staying motivated, doing well for a couple days and then binging the next day. Like yesterday. I didn't plan my meals by tracking first thing in the morning. Breakfast went well. But, lunch was another story. Ended up eating sweets. Ok, I ate 1 mini fat boy ice cream sandwich. But then I ate 2 Klondike Bars (at least they were sugar free). And another after dinner. Needless to say that I had a little "flatulence" in the evening from all the artificial sweetener. lol
Alright. Having said this, today is a new day. I've already done my tracking for breakfast and lunch. And will figure out dinner and snacks in a few minutes.
I didn't wear my fitbit yesterday, so I didn't have the motivation to get my 10,000 steps in. Wearing it today! I am going to do 10 minutes of stretches before walking Poppet (my furry daughter). I'm thinking positive thoughts today!!! I can do this today. I am using SparkCoach today. I am going to get things done at work!!! And, I am going to quiet my mind for 5 minutes this morning.
AND, LAST BUT NOT LEAST.... I AM GOING TO BLOG AT LEAST ONCE A DAY.
THIS IS GOING TO KEEP ME FOCUSED. I CAN DO THIS!!!!!
