Taste Test-Dannon Greek Yogurt Dip

Friday, June 21, 2013

Dannon has this new dip out and I had to try it. I love raw veggies and ranch or french onion dip, but that kinda takes the healthy out of the veggies. No, it does not equal out the bad... making it good...lol. I will say, I had my doubts, I am not a big greek yogurt fan, but for the sake of a healthier option, i went full force into it. I will say I was quite impressed. Slightly chalky aftertaste, but it's so slight that the health benefit outweighs the slight aftertaste. You cannot smell the "yogurt" in it as opposed to if you made it homemade and you can smell the yogurt in it, which was another big plus for me. Below you will see the stats compared to another french onion dip.

Another product I'd like to try - sounds yummy! Luv dips, but they're rarely healthy, but this could be a good alternative!!!
