Yesterday was a pretty good day. I was at the hospital all day with hubby and had a sundae with him at McDonalds between treatments, but stayed within calorie range. Not the best nutrition day since I didn't get all my fruits and veggies.
But, I did get on the exercise bike for 15 minutes, which is kind of a breakthrough for me because I haven't exercised in months!
I signed up for the Spark Solution Challenge which starts Monday. I won't be following the meal plan because (1) I'm picky and there are things I definitely don't eat, and (2) I have to spend so much time preparing food for hubby that I need to take the easy road preparing my meals. So I'll just track my food and make sure it fits into the targets for calories, fats, protein, and fiber.
My favorite new dish: salad made with spinach, fresh apples, and chicken.
