on patients that is. at work right now actually :) finally brought my lap top so i have something to do in between duties.
i started a 90 day challenge like....two days ago. its just a clean eating challenge is all, trying to not eat processed anything hardly. so funny that i bounce from one diet to another lol! well, i wouldnt call it a diet. i always try to eat healthy, but sometimes i need something to switch things around a bit.
jon is getting me here in a few hrs when im off at 7 and we are swinging by the house to grab workout clothes, then straight to the gym. then its shower and bed, then back to work. tomorrow is my last day training before im on my own, pretty nervous and i can request more time. honestly tho, im ready. its one of those things where its like i know what to do, i just have to do it and figure out my style and order of things.
i keep going on pinterest looking up before and after pics. i decided to do a set of my own, so i took before pics. its quite shocking when you go back and look at them and its like, hm, ok, not bad but not good either. one of those things where it kinda freaks you out to look at urself like that.
anyhoo, i should prolly go, its about time to do some turns here in a sec. still waiting for the pay check to roll into my account. gonna buy a vacuum lol sooo exciting. not lol!!!
oh, and i thought up what i want for my next tattoo and in looking up certain pics online, i found this pic, and its pretty much exactly what i want. if i get down to my goal weight i will get this tat, thats the conditions.
