Yesterday was so crazy I had to write my blog on paper. I figured out my meal plan for the week. Now the obstacle is to stick to it.

My biggest problem is not sticking to the plan but I did tonight. I took the time to make dinner instead of saying forget it and make something less healthy.

My plan this weekend is to eat healthy at our team party on Saturday. I also have to make sure to make dinner with the fluctuating baseball schedule. It all depends if the team wins or loses.

    Yay!!! I don't know if you do this, but I always have about 3 back-up plans, that are quick, can be thrown together, and are healthy. That way, we don't have to totally blow it if we completely run out of day by dinner time. I try to keep them restocked every week (because I always go through at least ONE back up a week!) :-) I think you're doing great!! :-)

    Life gets in the way sometimes, but a good plan will help to stay focused. You can do this!!
