Yesterday was so crazy I had to write my blog on paper. I figured out my meal plan for the week. Now the obstacle is to stick to it.
My biggest problem is not sticking to the plan but I did tonight. I took the time to make dinner instead of saying forget it and make something less healthy.
My plan this weekend is to eat healthy at our team party on Saturday. I also have to make sure to make dinner with the fluctuating baseball schedule. It all depends if the team wins or loses.
