This morning I topped my scale at 168 pounds,
an increase of 12 pounds since mid-March.
I have not been logging my food, doing any strength training, and my food choices not the greatest.
My Body Media armband, on the way to totally failing has been racking up too much activity. This is reality, not an excuse. I have to get a new one as this is my favorite place to log food.
I made a start today by going to Snap Fitness, my first visit since January. I did 25 minutes on the recumbent bike
and 15 on the T-mill on a hill program.
I also did upper body strength machines
, including back and abdominal machines. it's a start.
