Eating Out and Staying In Range

It was a good Thursday. Work went well...phone calls slowed down today...yay...it's so much easier when there are fewer calls.
Went out to lunch with my co-workers for lunch. That was fun. We went to Bob Evans. I got the BE Fit Breakfast...delicious...a lot of food...not a lot of calories. Loved that. They have a lighter side section to their menu with the calories listed...I'm so glad restaurants have started doing that. I have another co-worker that would like to walk with us at lunch when we walk at lunch. Yay! Fitness is catching on!
DH and I also went out for supper...two meals out in one day...yikes! We had a coupon for the flatbread that Chili's now has. I was going to get that...then I looked up the calories. They have 3 different ones...all of them are over 1300 calories each. SO...no flatbread for me. I had the grilled chicken salad instead. It was really good...I had never had this at Chili's before. I'll get it again...only 430 calories, too.
Then DH and I walked over to Payless and we got him a new pair of tennis shoes. I had a text code to get 20% off. If you register online for their shopper's club, they will send you a 20% off text code...btw. Then, we walked over to a farmer's market that they had at the shopping area...and then over to the classic car show that was also going on at the shopping area. It was a lot of fun. Then we walked back to Chili's and came home.
Mia and I went on another dusk walk this evening. So, with all this walking, I got my 10,000 steps in and I did my stairs at home to get my 10 flights in too. Yay! June marches on...and my streaks are continuing.
We are having a salad bar at work tomorrow during lunch. I made a pasta salad to take in and share. TGIF!
