I started Jillian Michael's Body Revolution DVDs 3 weeks ago. I am almost done with week 3. I have been keeping up with it, and going to the gym doing zumba and what is known as club dance. I was also doing a weight lifting class, but I decided I wanted to try the Body Revolution. I have lost 8 pounds over the last couple of months, lost inches off my waist, hips, thighs, and arms! Some of this is due just to going to the gym and walking/jogging. But then I dropped a size just this past week, that is from the body revolution and the zumba and club dancing! I am so excited and am hoping to drop another size or two by the end of the body revolution program. I am also hoping to lose the last 11 (yes 11 finally!!) pounds I have left to be at the weight I want to be, the weight before having my three boys! I am looking forward to being a healthier person who looks good and feels good about my body again!
