Goal 1: Drink a glass of water when I wake up every morning. So far...
every day this week.
Goal 2: Eat a piece of fruit before noon:
2 out of the 4 days so far. Although I did eat fruit with dinner tonight.
Goal 3: Be active 10+ minutes per day. The most active thing I have done is attend story time and fold laundry. I don't think these should really count.
Bonus goal: Blog. I haven't blogged because I haven't been on. Definitely not beating myself up over not sitting on the computer.
Weight is currently 208lbs for the record. This number is higher than when I got pregnant with Elena. It is 28 pounds heavier than when I got married (3 years ago). Oh, it is so tough to be at the beginning of this journey.
I feel like this guy, only, being steam rolled by this big rock at least once per day.
