I'm again getting the you need to increase your food intake based on your fitness minutes. This week alone I'm sitting around 4600 calories burned and I'm only eating 1300 on average a day. I still have 2 more baseball games to play tomorrow and then the unpacking this week.
Could I have been up that 1 pound because my body wants more food? I struggle to even get within range so the thought of having to eat even more seems frightful.
My average burned calories per week are 3000, if i should be eating more so i'm not being counteractive how much more should I be eating.....
This is like a rant blog because its frustrating and I want to give up, I don't know how to learn this stuff and I don't want to keep sabotaging myself by not doing anything
