I am not going to get into the details of what my life is like right now, but suffice it to say that I am experiencing a great deal of stress!
I am working very hard to rise above it and I have somehow managed to keep up with my eating plan and my exercise! This will all work out, it is just going to be a long,hard road! Please bear with me , if I seem negative. I am trying to stay upbeat through the stress!Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me!
Trust me your NOT alone with the Stress. I have a teenage son that is causing me tons of stress that he don't have to cause. I am not letting it stop my way of eating and my exercise. I have been working out more because it seems to help with the stress. I have done 69 minutes today and I am thinking about doing a few more right now as a matter of fact. Hang in there and focus on something other then the stress causing problem. 1736 days ago
