Snow White Teeth....

Thursday, June 20, 2013

-Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a
small cup,
mix in one teaspoon baking soda
plus one
teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and
half a
teaspoon water.
Thoroughly mix then brush your
teeth for two minutes. Remember to
do it once a week until you have
reached the results you want. Once
your teeth are good and white, limit
yourself to using the
whitening treatment once every
month or two.

Just try to brush the teeth, not the gums. I applied it with my finger, so I didn't get it on the gums. The first time was a little harsh. But second time better. I just rinsed and reapplied for the 2 minutes. I am going to try the third time with a small childs tooth brush.

MIMO11: The difference in color of the gum tissue is from the hydrogen peroxide. It can be a little harsh on the gums - be careful!

Humm, I expect it does help but if you look at the gums they are also a different colour. This suggests a difference in the lighting or some PhotoShop. The effect may not be quite this dramatic.

I've done the toothpaste and baking soda but never added the hydrogen peroxide. Will have to give it a try. Thanks. emoticon
