So I'm back! I took a break from SP and my eating healthy lifestyle for 5 days. I have no regrets, it was super stressful this past week with 12 people in the house and there was so much going on....it just worked for me. I had such a great time with my best friend and her family. And of course it was amazing watching my daughter graduate. Now that everyone is gone and things are back to normal, I plan on going hard starting tomorrow. I ate about 90% healthy today and tomorrow it's 100%, and I;m including workouts.
My bff of 20 years also is a trainer and I am so excited that she taught me a bunch of amazing workouts and I cannot wait to start them!!! So I'm feeling pretty positive with everything, and this "break" that I had gives me a "new start" which is extremely exciting for me.
I did go up to 212 according to my scale, but I don't think it is an actual weight since it's a few days of unhealthy eating, I know it will melt right off! And I am proud to say I am no longer a "let's wait til Monday" kind of person. If I fall off, I get right back on. I am disappointed that I broke my 70 day SP login AND food tracking streak, but that just means I am competing with that number now! Let's go!!! ;-)
