Yikes! I couldn't sleep last night because I came across a Roasted Chicken recipe on sparkpeople.com recipes and I had a hankering for it around 1:00 am this morning!
I conquered that hunger with some thin pretzel sticks and decided to wait until today to make it. I am still pondering if I'll eat the skin or not.
I haven't ate much at all today because I had to run to Wal-Mart and pick out a pedometer. I took back my streaming media player so I could get it. I went to Wal-Mart right after my workout and I didn't eat before going. And, as you know - the walk around Wal-Mart can be very tedious for someone my size. I even made a point of parking around the opposite door so I could get more exercise.
I now have blisters on my toes from walking so much. I look at them as "battle scars"! LOL
I am waiting for the chicken to get done and I most likely will not eat the skin. I will have some cauliflower instead of potatoes.
I am not going to undo everything I've worked so hard for - for some chicken skin!
Also, when I couldn't sleep, I came across some new black jeans that I bought back many years ago. I couldn't fit them last year. I couldn't even get over my legs.
Well, last night... I put them on and I could put them on, but I couldn't zip them... yet. I might have been able to zip them if I laid on the bed - but the next time I try them on, they will fit easily!
