Been so busy

Thursday, June 20, 2013

I've been so busy lately that I haven't been on here much. Mostly just to spin the wheel haha. Things here are going well. School ends soon for my son so I'll have both kids this summer. I'm sure they are gonna drive me batty. I have been eating junk and not walking.. just been lazy and not motivated but I just weighed myself cuz I didnt have scale batteries before and I lost weight ???? I think it's my metabolism but how am I supposed to know what exactly I need to lose? It's confusing. Anyways, how is everyone else doing? How is your weight loss journey going? Miss everyone!

I know what you mean. I, too have been busy. It is nice to touch base though.

Hope you are staying healthy and taking a step or two to make some progress.

I have not lost or gained, but my blood pressure sure is better since I started my 5Ks.

    Have a great week!

I'm keeping up with my exercise really well, but the diet, not so much. I'm still working on it.
