Out There or Not Doing It

So, it is now obvious to me that unless I put out there a specific challenge to myself, I will not do anything I know I should. Since going on vacation, I have hardly exercised and not eaten that great. Luckily I must be doing OK because I haven't gained back any weight - just hanging between my low and two pounds up back and forth. BUT, I had done such a great job of working out daily and I've let that slide and will have lost ground, I'm sure. So even though they don't make for all that exciting a blog, I am going to challenge myself to another 30 day Spark challenge of AT LEAST 30 REAL minutes of exercise daily, staying within my calorie range, trying to eat as vegetarian and vegan as at all possible, and posting my progress for all to see because unless I have the shame of having to admit failure, I let myself off the hook. I went 62 days with the last streak just because I didn't want to have to write that I quit. I guess whatever it takes to take control is what I have to do...

    Good for you to post and jump right back on the band wagon! I know you can do it ................ and I must admit I lost a wee bit of ground too .............. so All aboard!! ....... here we go!!!! emoticon

    Good for you for knowing what you need to do it to get back on track with your journey ! Whatever it takes to help you stay focused...go for it ! You did it before , you can do it again ! It's great that you have maintained your weight throughout this little bit of lag time. Tomorrow is a new day ! Start with a fresh new outlook ! You can do it ! I know you can ! emoticon emoticon
