Thought I'd share my opinion of the Extreme Weight Loss Edition by Chris Powell Workout DVD. First the DVD is low impact and has levels 1-3 for a total workout of 70 minutes warm-up/cool down included. The level gets more challenging and are a little longer. Right off I liked the idea of knowing the stories of the cast. Of course, Chris was not only nice to look at but seemed very geniune, so that's a definite plus. As to the workout, I did levels 1 & 2. The moves, which included floor exercises were easy yet challenging and focused more on the move not the number of reps (LOVED That!). Also this is a total body workout. Modified option is available. I kinda wished he had included a demo of the moves, but I guess being loss is to be expected for the first couple of viewings. To sum it up, I look forward to his next DVD. TO BE Continued LEVEL 3?????
