Day Two: Chest & Back

X-TrainFit: Chest & Back (63 minutes) - I finished Day 2 of this new program. I will be playing these workouts this week without any music so that I can hear all the instruction, with the plan that after seeing the video once, I can then play it with music and feel I'm missing anything (based on previous experience with TurboFire where you can't hear anything but music when you choose that version). Well, I will be happy to have music playing pretty soon. The workout was great. It was an hour of chest and back strength training exercises - all really good. However, I wasn't thrilled with the host/instructor. She's a bit annoying. But, this won't deter me from continuing and completing this program. It actually made me work harder (to try to get her out of my head!). And, I must remember that this great workout program was only a fifth of the cost of any other 12-week program, so who can beat that????

    I often do the same thing with DVDs. Unfortunately I am easily irritated by many of the instructors, but still enjoy the workouts. Sometimes I mute it, but that doesn't last because I hate hearing my huffing and puffing:)

    I turn off several tapes to keep from listening to the lead! I learn the routine and then shut them up! LOL Keep Sparkin'!!

    I have never thought of turning down the instructor and turning up the music. I'll have to remember to do that when I get tired of the voice from the videos I'm doing.
