Almost Done with Summer School!

I had two crazy food days in a row this week. :( I've been having more diet cokes and artificially sweetened things lately, and I wonder if that has something to do with it. I have a feeling that diet coke is something I'm going to have to give up in order to move forward. A growing conviction. :/
If I can make it one more week, I'll be done with teaching summer school and I will have more time to prepare food. As mentioned previously, I've been relying on prepackaged, presweetened food like oatmeal packets and individual yogurts. It's starting to feel *too* sweet! I just need to eat some nice plain oatmeal and plain yogurt with a little honey, replacing the pleasure of added sweetness with the pleasure of perfect texture and unhurried preparation. I just need to slow down and decompress. Time is the ultimate luxury.
The one thing I really like about summer school is the structure while I'm at school. I have to wake up and get dressed by a reasonable time, we spend some time sitting outside in the shade watching the kids play, some time inside, and some time in a dark room while the kids rest. It would be ideal if I could set up some kind of daily routine at home, but so far in my life those efforts have been short-lived. My ideal summer (no work) schedule for me would be something like:
6:15 - get up
6:30 - outside to exercise before it gets hot
7:15 - home, shower, eat, dress
8:30 - quiet time
9:00 - chores
10:00 - errands
11:30 - start getting lunch ready
12:00 - hubby comes home for lunch (he does some days!), eat
12:45 - clean up from lunch
1:00 - read, computer, crafts, maybe meet a friend for coffee
5:00 - start thinking about dinner
6:00 - eat
6:30 - more free time
9:30 - start heading towards bed
Does this seem too hard?? No. Yet my daily schedule in the summer usually devolves into me sitting on the computer literally all day. It really boggles the mind how that is possible. NOT THIS SUMMER!!!!!!!
