This week of the Naturally Slim program I am participating in focused on the 3 methods to the program.
1. Chew tediously slow - eat for 10 minutes, take a 5 minute break, and eat for at least 10 minutes more. It takes your body 20 minutes to register it is full. So eat bite chew extremely slow and put your fork/spoon down between bites.
2. Learning when you burn fat and when you make fat - there are 4 hunger levels and you burn more fat between hunger level 2 & 3 and make fat between level 1 & 2 so you should eat during hunger level 3 (I will describe each hunger level later)
3. Replacing sugar in diet with:
- good bread
- H2Orange drink (1:7ratio of orange juice to water) - I try to drink 10 glasses of this a
The four hunger levels are as follows:
Level 1 - No hunger
Level 2 - somewhat hungry
Level 3 - Hungry - this is when you should eat and when your body is burning fat
Level 4 - Past Hunger stage and really need to eat - careful what you eat in this stage because you can overeat
This program focuses on it is not what you eat, but WHEN and HOW you eat to lose weight.
