I went 2.75 miles on the treadmill today in just under 50 minutes.
I never thought I'd be on a treadmill for 50 minutes!
There are 30 stairs to climb to get to my gym. When I first started going I would have to rest half way up. Now I go up, go change, and get on the treadmill. After I do some upper body weights. Then it is a shower and off to work.
What a difference!
Once I hit the 5k mark (3.1 miles), I plan to hold that distance and work on my time. Maybe I'll even work towards running in a 5k race! Wouldn't that be somethin'?!??!
