According to the wii I am now 194 pounds at a BMI of 32.32....sigh...I've been here before. I know the ropes, it's maintaining the discipline to actually get it done that seems to be my biggest hurdle. In the summer, I find it easy to focus on me and do what I'm supposed to. Come September, it usually all goes out the window. New journey. This year I will continue to stay on track and just do what I need to do.
The goal for the next two weeks is to daily
get up by 630 do my wii measurements
Do my wii workout, then a BL video or walk the dogs
Daily water intake will be 8 glasses plus one glass for every cup of coffee over my morning get going mug.
We'll start there. Goal for 6/20 is BMI of 31.99 or a 2 pound loss.
