Focusing on nutrition day 10

I haven't been running as much in these recent days, I have been working really hard on an upcoming project I have which is time and energy consuming. I have never had a problem with exercise before, I usually crave running and need it to feel good. That's why I'm not worried that my body is telling me to take a few days off. It's usually right.
Another thing that could be good about this is that I am REALLY working to get my eating in check, as it's the eating that's the problem, not the exercise. I am just so determined. I realized the other day, it's either I beat this now, or I fight it for the rest of my life.
With all the things I have planned, the second one just isn't an option.
