If you've followed my blog, you know that I group each month in thirds, and the second slice of June is now done. According to my formula, I lost another full pound, which makes it 2.0 for June to date, 3.0 for SparkPeople to date.
One reason I like this is that I get a different ending day each period, not a fixed day like my Tuesdays at Weight Watchers. Somethings that will include two weekends, and the holidays fall where they fall. I treat that as somewhat of a challenge, adding some variety.
So now in fact comes a real challenge, a long weekend to a family reunion leads off June segment 3, June 20-30, 11 days.
