That's what I blame for my extra 15 pounds... and that's just what's being released to the public...
As for my revised June goals, I've not only hit my water and exercise goals, but I've been staying in my calorie ranges too... and I've gained 6 pounds in a week!
I know I haven't actually GAINED 6 pounds.
I also know that the scale shouldn't determine my mood.
But I have to say it put a damper on my morning... Good news though, is it encouraged me to do a Zumba workout before work. That peppy music always lifts my spirit, and I can say I hit my cardio goals before 7 AM!
