One of the items is to list the consequences of not achieving your weight loss goal. Yikes. Sometimes I think I am already there but I know that things could be so much worse if I still weighed over 280lbs. Yes, it has taken a long time to get to my goal but if I don't continue to lose weight I will continue to have feet and back pain. I will develop diabetes if I don't quit eating candy like a meal and if I can't get my carbs under control. I already take Metformin twice a day so if I don't gain control it is just a matter of time before the med stops helping.
So I am saying NO to diabetes. NO to back pain and hopefully NO to feet pain. I know losing weight won't mean the pain miraculously goes away but it shouldn't get worse.
Goals for today:
128 oz of water and tea
Freggie with each meal and snack
At least 3 strength exercises
Earn 20 points for A Book Club challenge- earned maximum
