STEPHANIE’S 6 WEEK CHALLENGE (June 20-July 31st):

- At least 2 - 3 servings of fruits/vegetables EACH day
- At least 36 oz. of water EACH day
- No fried foods
- No Processed Sugars
-10 modified push ups (3 sets)
-10 lunges (each leg) (3 sets)
- 25 jumping jacks
- 10 jumping-switch lunges
- 25 bicycle crunches

~ Lose 1+ pound per week
