I just went for my physical yesterday and had to face the fact that I've put on 20 pounds. I just got my new FitBit Flex - which is motivating me to exercise more. But the other thing that I know is causing me to gain is the stress. I need to focus in the next week and a half on finishing the tasks that I have left from work (I'm supposed to be on vacation) so that I can rest and recharge. Then, when I go back, I will put limits on my work, and find ways to reduce my stress, while still doing a great job. In fact, if I do put limits on, I'll likely do a better job, since I won't be stressed!
