This motto is going to be in front of me for the next two days until I board a plane at 6:30 on Saturday! Lots of "have-to-do" things before I am done tomorrow at 3:00. I hate paperwork, but that will be done first. Everything that has to be boxed up before the cleaners can come in, second. Pretty much the rest of the stuff, not so important. So I am fine with that! Exercise has not happened the past two days and will probably not happen tonight, but I realized yesterday that when exercise becomes a major source of stress, it's defeating its purpose! I am doing a LOT of walking, however, back and forth to our office, the district office, and other people's rooms, etc. Have a thoughtful Thursday!

    When I moved into this house - lots of packing, walking back and forth, etc. I lost 15 pounds without exercising!

    So, you may be pleasantly surprised how many calories you burn when you move!
