Darn. I missed celebrating Day 200 because I've been busy at work and haven't made myself (or Spark) a priority. Shame on me. Keeping up with this streak is the reason I've finally been successful at losing weight at all. Now I need to refocus on my other goals too, like drinking 8 glasses of water, getting 8 hours of sleep, less alcohol, more Sparking.
I'm ready to tackle the next 10 lbs with renewed energy! Day 300 here I come.
