So...its been a year!

After all the stress of my mother living with me and moving in and out of my house. I finally got some down time. She moved back to Washington and hasn't been back! My hubby and I had so many bills to pay because of her that we had to cut a few luxuries so internet went and phones went for a very short period. It was getting really tight there at the end of the year. We didn't have enough money to pay for anything not even our apartment. I think putting food on the table is a little more important. The new year came and we were still struggling very badly. We started looking for new places to move, and finally found one that was within our budget. Yeah we had a budget now! Ironically this new apartment complex is the same one that my husband lived in with his ex-wife, but I didn't care at this point. February 1st came and we moved into our new place. It was so much more peaceful than the last place. We still don't have our own washer and dryer in the apartment but it is a lot nicer than the last place. We have been doing so well with our new journey. I finally got a job, and my husband is being considered for a management position. My baby is now one and he walks/runs all over the place. He is so animated. He says momma and dada. He is getting so big I don't know what to do with him now. I actually had to go out and buy new clothes for him because his grandma wasn't getting any hand-me-downs that would fit him from her friends.
Bad news about being so busy though is I've gained all my pregnancy weight. We have been trying to eat Vegetarian food which is a little hard because I crave red meat a lot. My husband has no problem with it. He has lost 15lbs. I lost 12lbs but then gained it all back in two days. I don't know how because I didn't change anything, but its the story of my life. I need to get back to going to bed at a decent time again. I can't be staying up and waiting for my husband to get home from work at midnight. Well I guess I should go to bed I have work at 9am. Good night Spark People!
