Day 38

Today is day 38...I can hardly believe it's been nearly 6 weeks since I started this commitment to myself. I feel great. Today was a 20-minute 1 mile walk at home workout.

I've been seriously considering getting a monitor of some kind. My aunt has the Jawbone Up and she loves it but I know SP syncs with the FitBit products. I'm not sure which is better for me... The Up is a little more expensive, but it's a bracelet that I won't lose. The FitBit wirelessly syncs, which appeals to my techy side. I really want to see how close my calories burned is to the SP trackers. My clothes fit better but the scale hasn't moved. Could be my scale, too.

    The fitbit flex is a bracelet as well. I love having mine sync with Spark.
