I started reading in the introduction of the Joyce Meyer book of the same name as this post. Even at the beginning of the book, before you get into techniques and types of habits, she wants you to write up a list of the habits you want to make and the habits you want to break. So here is mine:
Good habits I want to make:
I want to get up at 7am each morning.
I want to got to bed at 11pm each evening.
I want to start drawing in the morning.
I want to eat at regular times (9am, 12pm, 5pm) during the day.
I want to watch Joyce Meyer in the morning.
I want to do two hours of housework from 10am to 12pm M-Sa
If I miss my housework in the morning I want to take
an hour from 8p-9p and 10p-11p to make up for it.
I want to read and work on my vocabulary an hour each day.
I want to use makeup and dress well.
I want to follow a schedule.
Bad habits I want to break:
I want to quit sleeping in.
I want to quit hitting the snooze button each morning.
I want to quit being so distractable.
I want to quit staying up so late.
I want to quit being such a slob.
