I've had a productive day. Worked on cleaning the house, focused on our bedroom. It feels so nice and clean tonight!
Church and then dinner with friends..ate pretty good, in fact I've eaten better today than I have in a while!
Walked the dogs and then a couple of laps with my husband.
I'm back to making daily goals..I may not be able to budge the scale BUT I am able to meet other goals. Todays were:
1. 1oo spark points
2.walk dogs 3 times (total of 3/4 mile)
3. walk or do Wii Fit
I gave myself stickers for meeting all of those goals!
