Liking Essential Oils

There still is volumes to learn about essential oils, but so far I am very interested in continuing to learn.
I have been able to lessen and avoid some of my pain with the oils.
From what I have read all EO (essential oils) are not equal, some are definitely better quality. The feds do not regulate them and so many companies supposedly get away with claiming 100% pure and they are not. I am not sure that in this blog that I am allowed to say which one I recommend so if you want that information you could send me a private message.
Besides pain I am trying to treat my insomnia with the EOs too. The spray blend of lavender and other oils on my pillow definitely has helped. I have had deeper and longer sleep the last few nights I have used that.
I also am trying a blend of EOs to help with curbing my appetite and honestly I'm not sure that I'm taking enough of that.
Besides taking the EOs orally or topically like I've been doing there is inhaling the oils that can be very nice. I especially like the mints to wake me up when the oil is in my hands or even in my water.
Cooking with these oils will be fun I think. I have seen many recipes on the web site and in a book, but have yet to actually made any of it.
Besides the class I have also gone to another function and met other people who are using and selling the oils. I have been in a home business before and dreaded the "business" end of it. I am not selling the oils, just using them for my own good, but the potential is there for sure. I really like the people and if these oils continue to help me then I will be talking to others in my community about it.
