Season of the Beast Challenge!

This girl is ready!! For my main challenge I have chosen the push-ups:) a bit intimidating, but I feel that I can benefit the most from this. My core muscles are in desperate need of being rescued!! Bonus Challenge for the week- DONE:) I am so happy and excited to be a part of this team. Ready, Ready Ready!!!
I have several other mini goals in mind for myself. We are leaving for our summer vacation in 24 days! The reality of that has caused me to be a bit anxious. I have GOT to up my stamina by then to be able to handle the walking in the sand and chasing my kiddo around non stop:) Let the count down begin!
*Jumping into this push up challenge, plus doing daily cardio on the elliptical. Going to try to shoot for increasing the time by a minute each day.
*Drink Water!!! Goal of a gallon a day. Minimum.
*As far a nutrition goes, I am back to the Medifast plan. It is a simple and effective plan that works well for me, I just have to stick with the plan!! That is one of my goals for the next 24 days. Be 100% faithful! No cheats!
*Floss!! May sound silly, but I have gotten in to a bad habit of forgetting this! Need to make this a priority in my routine:)
*Moisturize daily! Lord knows my poor skin needs it!
That's all that has been running in my head for the day. Excited and so thankful to finally feel motivated again!
