Okay, so I left SparkPeople for a week and every day I didn't check in I felt guilty.
I stopped checking in because my exercise plan didn't go as planned. I think I set my targets too high and missed a day. Life took over. I am trying to get myself ready for starting a new course, works getting me down as its not what I want to do long term and I have been so tired.
Yesterday I checked in and forgave myself. Last night I walked home from work. I forgot how much I love walking. I love listening to podcasts having that time on my own to destress after work.
So yesterday I did my 10K steps goal, saved money by not getting public transport and increased my knowledge by listening to finance (I want to do a finance degree) and french podcasts.
Today I have brought my trainers to work, have downloaded fresh reading material and the weather is good so looking forward to my walk home. :-)
