In one short week of eating healthy, tracking my food and staying away from sugar, I feel:
1. I have more energy
2. My mind is clearer
3. I am not obsessed by food
4. And I just feel wonderful.
I want to stay focused and use SP to the max to continue this journey. One of my mini goals is to get back to one size smaller in my pant size. In May, I had to buy a larger size in pants which I thought I would not go in that direction again. I choose not to beat myself up about that, but to start over and take it day by day or even moment by moment to stay on plan.
I could not do this without God, a loving husband and SP.
