One Week Down!

Tomorrow will be one week of sticking to my diet plan! Yay! I'm feeling good. I don't want to weigh myself too much, but maybe I will tomorrow, just to see. I imagine I dropped that quick water weight anyway, so that'll be encouraging.

I didn't work out officially today or yesterday. Today I just kept super busy though and moved my classroom stuff into my new school. I went shopping, so I was active. Yesterday, not so much. I had a killer headache. It may have been lack-of-caffeine related.

Tomorrow, I am dropping my car off at the shop and biking back home for 2.5 miles. Then I am going on a hike with some work friends. Then I might go tubing for 2.5 miles with my cousin...maybe. The rapids have been high because of all the rain we've been getting and I read a news story that a woman went missing from this area on Saturday... And the place is called Satan's Kingdom. So...I haven't quite decided how I feel about that adventure!

So tomorrow will make up for the lack of formal exercise these past couple of days.

Yesterday, I did get a lot done in terms of planning. I am going on a three week long trip to see Phish tour. I wrote up an itinerary to make sure we have places to stay and know how long we have to drive between shows. I am excited. I need to make my diet sustainable on the road though. I am thinking about making a lot of beef jerky beforehand! Yummy.

All and all, I'm feeling good, staying motivated, and ready to conquer the world!
