Core workouts went fine did one Monday. Hopefully work up to three a week.

did not lose any weight last week so still two pounds away.

Organization plan complete putting it into action work in progress.

Snacking is getting better.

    Yahhhhhhhh! Jules you are getting there, a little at a time! It's not all about just loosing weight and you have done it all.

Glad you are making such great strides!

Core fitness is really hard, but it makes a tremendous difference. I see people with injuries everyday due to poor core muscles. There are Marathoners, Karate champions and Olympians who pride themselves in their strength but they have weak cores. My husband and daughter both have Black Belts in Shaolin Do Karate and they are very strong but lack the real core training I think is important. I won't tell them that but I see it. My husband and daughter complain about their backs all the time and I see why! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I can't imagine being so close to goal! Sounds like you have everything under control. Good luck with those core workouts, and shedding the final two pounds. Woohoo! You're almost there!
