Well, truth be told, I kinda forgot about SP.
I got caught up in the weight loss challenge and all the little things they wanted me to do. Which is a lot of meetings, exercise classes, change of eating habits, and use of MyFitnessPal. All of these things are well and good, but put too much on my poor plate.
I found that the more that was added/suggested, the worse I did. My brain just can't keep up anymore.
Unfortunately, I'm easily frustrated. I spent all of May dealing with injuries. June has started with a plethora of health issues involving my breathing. And until this week, my eating was sustaining the weight loss.
I am happy to report that I've lost weight. Not as much as other contestants, but some. I've learned to enjoy more activities. I've figured out some that I really don't like (bowling).
So, since the end of January, I've gotten rid of 15 pounds. Slow and steady wins the race!
