When they asked at class tonight who had done this workout before, I couldn't remember if I had or not. Now that it is done, believe me, this one I would have remembered!
It is meant to imitate rounds of a fight with the 1 minute rest in between
Fight Gone Bad
3 rounds consisting of one minute for each of the following (5 minutes total) with 1 minute rest between rounds. Count the reps
Wall Balls (Women's RX is 14#)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (RX is 55#)
Box Jumps 20"
Push Press (RX is 55#)
Row for calories
At 57, I have found that if I half the RX that is a pretty good scale for me. Can't jump because of foot, so did step ups. Count was Round 1 69, round 2 61, round 3 61 for a total of 191.
I think I lost the fight....... Ms. Ali has nothing to worry about from me!
