Well I'm a little late on this blog but here it is. Last week was a good week for me. I lost 3lbs. That puts me down 114lbs total! Crazy.
As far as my workouts last week I kicked butt. Here was my plan and what I did:
Sunday: 30 minutes of abs, 30 minute run/walk intervals- done, plus 20 extra minutes of walking
Monday: 30 minutes running nonstop, 30 minutes walking or elipitcal, 30 minutes legs -done
Tuesday: 30 minutes walking, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes arms - done
Wednesday: 30 minutes walking at an incline, 30 minutes abs - done plus 20 extra minutes of walking
Thursday: 30 minutes run/walk intervals, 30 minutes legs - done plus 15 extra minutes of walking
Friday: 30 minutes run/walk intervals, 30 minutes arms - done
Saturday: 60 minutes easy walk, no strength training - done
My clean eating plan didn't go so well. I did pretty well all week until Saturday and Sunday. I had super cheat days both days
. I'm not happy about it but I can't change it so I'm going to move on and do better.
I made my fitness plan for this week on Sunday so here it goes:
Sunday: run 30 minutes - actual ran 10, walked 20
Monday: 30 minutes walk @ incline, 30 minutes abs/back- done
Tuesday: 30 minutes walk @ incline, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes arms- done plus 30 minutes extra walking
Wednesday: 20 minutes run nonstop, 25 minutes running intervals, 15 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes legs- done except I ran 25 minutes straight instead of 20, everything else was the same as I planned
Thursday - 30 minutes run/walk intervals, 30 minutes walk, 30 minutes abs/back
Friday- 30 minutes walk @ incline, 30 minutes arms
Saturday- 30 minutes walk/run intervals, 30 minutes legs
Sunday- 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes walk
The rest of the week I'll update what I actually did in my next blog.
As far as my eating plan for the rest of the week I just wanna eat super clean and super healthy, and stay in my calorie range. I haven't weighed myself since I messed up over the weekend. I'll be weighing in on Saturday and hoping I break even with my weight from last week, or even lose a pound.
