Losing weight and Facebook.

Well i decided to quit FB all together. I deactivated my acount for 3 months and with in those 3 months iv lost 20 pounds. I reactivated it about 2 months ago and ever sense i did that.. iv used alot of productive time into facebook.. and it makes me wanna go out with my friends because im seeing how much fun their having.. and the 3 months i did i me.. i was happier then ever!! those 2 months i was on FB i gained 10 pounds back.. i think its time to make a positive change!

    i did the same , i got rid of facebook , spent to much time on there and it wasnt making me feel any better about my self seeing old friends and new friends enjoying life

    That's such an interesting 'experiment' you did for yourself! Now you see the correlation. If you feel you can complete quit FB, go for it! It might just be the best thing you ever decided to do for your health. Good luck

    i only look at pictures of family on facebook. i refuse to play any of the games. i have a few friends who used to invite me constantly. they have learned that i simply will not even play 1 quick round. i waste enough time don;t need to do extra on FB.

    I never thought about it but it makes sense. I also stopped going on Facebook because I was spending way too much time sitting at my computer. I already have a desk job so I sit way too much anyway. That's amazing what a difference it has made in your weight. Good luck with quitting FB!
