20 bike crunches
25 scissor abs
I completed this in 17 minutes, I didn't really take any rest between rounds. My legs are super sore from the last 2 days so actually the squats were the hardest thing for me. I used no weights, if I wasn't sore I probably would have used 5-10lb dumbbells.
I will do a short elliptical workout say 15 minutes shortly before dinner since I overate a little during the lunch hour (I just can't resist hot fudge sundae's!!)
Tomorrow Day 4:
20 tricep dips
I may do this between 5 minutes of walking/jogging just to get that extra cardio in. I'd take my kids on a walk but its raining here :(
