I love my new scale, easy to use and very pretty. Much nicer than my old scale and hopefully I will continue to like it in the face of fluctuation through out the day.
I am stuck (my fault) again but not gaining. I have had no time or energy to exercise in the last while. I will get back on the horse soon. I have hit the "no money" stress and "buy what is on sale" stuff. Plus my local grocery store has not had squash or asparagus in about a month. How I long for a good farmers market close by. I have been trying to grow yellow and zuccinni squash, as well as bell peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes. I went out to check on my "babies" and something had eaten or broke off the tops of all of my squash plants!! I not sure what....yet.
My cucumbers, tomatoes and bell peppers appear to be fine.
Thank you to all of those who have left encouragement and advise on my blogs. I am encouraged and my spirits lifted every time I get a message.
Happy day to all, hope you are all doing awesome!!!!
So sorry about your garden. I have been wanting to put in a couple of squash plants but here it is the third week in June already and I haven't planted anything yet because when its not raining it cold out. We have such a short growing season, I'm not sure I have time to plant anything anymore. I'm stuck as well. As a matter a fact I didn't think I really changed that much about my plan and found a few of the pounds I had lost.... what gives. But I will keep on keepin on. Our farmers market hasn't had much of a selection yet as far as fresh veggies but I hope that will change soon. I'm trying to focus on eating more of the fruits and veggies that will fill me up more with less calories. That is what I'm suppose to be doing right? Hang in there. Hope things look up for you soon. 1134 days ago
